Twine Architectural Studio has had the pleasure of working on the NISMAT relocation, from conception through construction documentation, with the Northwell Health Physical Assets team. The project, a 7,800sf gut renovation of a vacated patient floor at the LHH MEETH facility on East 64th Street in Manhattan, consists of a 1200sf Rehab gym, private treatment rooms, and a Biomechanics research lab with support office, utility and changing spaces. The Institute has been designed to evoke a private gym ambience. This project is currently under construction.
