The New York office of BR+A was renovated to support the engineering firm's plans of expansion. From the two private offices enclosed in glass and ten semi-private offices encompassing the open office space, employees are able to enjoy views down Madison Avenue in an environment suffused with daylight. A new kitchen, lunchroom, and brilliantly lit reception area feature reclaimed wood walls and accent lighting, while two glass enclosed conference rooms are illuminated by motion sensor lighting and the latest in A/V technology. A blue and grey color scheme tie all spaces together, creating a cohesive whole while maintaining separate identities based on functionality.

TWINE worked collaboratively with BR+A's office administrator in developing design solutions while assisting with construction phasing so that employees could continue working while the office was being renovated.
